Aluminum Cast Coil (Cast Roll)
Produced with continuous twin roll casting technology, our aluminum cast coils form the foundation of our flat-rolled product range with their wide dimensional range and high surface quality.
Product Description
Aluminum cast coil is a semi-finished aluminum product manufactured in coil form on a continuous casting line. As the first link in the flat-rolled production chain, it provides the input for cold rolling, sheet and strip production processes.
With our production range of 4–8 mm in thickness and 800–1650 mm in width, and an annual casting capacity of 30,000 tons, we meet the needs of projects requiring continuous, high-volume supply.
Production Technology and Alloys
High-quality raw material in ingot and billet form is melted in 16- and 25-ton melting furnaces. The molten aluminum undergoes refining and alloying in the melting and holding furnaces, after which cast coil is produced using the continuous twin roll casting method. This process ensures a homogeneous internal structure, stable mechanical properties and a uniform surface quality.
AA 1XXX and AA 3XXX series are standard in our product range.

Packaging and Shipment
Coils are shipped on wooden pallets, stretch- and kraft-wrapped and secured with steel strapping. The coil orientation is set as eye-to-wall or eye-to-sky according to customer requirements and the uncoiling line to be used. The packaging is designed to prevent edge deformation and moisture-induced oxidation during transport.
Quality and Certification
Our production is carried out under the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, whose scope directly covers the production of cast coil from aluminum and aluminum alloys. Our facility also holds the TS EN ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System Certificate. Both certificates are issued by TSE and carry IQNet international recognition.
Mechanical, chemical and metallographic tests are performed in our in-house laboratory; products are shipped with an analysis report upon request.
