Narrow Strip
An aluminum strip product with narrow widths and tight tolerances, obtained by processing our cold rolled coils on precision slitting lines. It is produced for direct feeding into series production lines.
Product Description
Narrow strip is a flat-rolled product in coil form, obtained by slitting the cold rolled coil produced in our own facility into the required widths on the slitting line. With widths down to 35 mm and burr-free edge quality, it is suitable for profile forming, winding, tube manufacturing and automatically fed series production lines.
Our integrated production structure, in which we carry out the entire process chain from cast coil to strip coil in-house, ensures dimensional flexibility, continuity of supply and traceable quality.
Surface Options
Our narrow strips are produced with a plain surface as standard. Upon request, slitting can also be carried out from embossed coils.

Size note: The outer diameter of the strip coil is determined by the ordered width and thickness. To maintain winding quality and strip flatness, the maximum outer diameter for narrow widths may be limited depending on production conditions. The coil size suitable for your order is confirmed by our sales team at the quotation stage.

Packaging and Shipment
Strip coils are shipped on wooden pallets, stretch- and kraft-wrapped and secured with steel strapping. Strips from the same order are stacked with separators to prevent edge contact. The coil orientation is set as eye-to-wall or eye-to-sky according to customer requirements and the feeding line.
Quality and Certification
Our production is carried out under the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, whose scope directly covers the production of cold rolled coil, sheet and strip from aluminum and aluminum alloys. In addition, our cold rolled products made from EN AW 1050 and EN AW 3105 alloys hold the TSE Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards under TS EN 485-1.
Mechanical, chemical and metallographic tests are performed in our in-house laboratory; products are shipped with an analysis report upon request.
