Cold Rolled Coil (Plain and Embossed)
An aluminum coil product with tight tolerances and high surface quality, obtained by putting cast coil through cold rolling and annealing processes. It is produced in plain or patterned (embossed) form.
Product Description
Cold rolled coil is obtained by gradually reducing the thickness of the cast coil produced in our own facility on the cold rolling line. It is the direct input for advanced processing operations such as cutting, slitting, deep drawing, coating and printing.
Our integrated production structure, in which we carry out the entire process from raw material to finished product in-house, ensures continuity of supply, dimensional flexibility and traceable quality.
Surface Options
Plain
Natural mill-finish surface. It is the standard form for coating, painting, printing and precision forming applications. Produced in a thickness range of 0.20–3.00 mm.
Embossed (Stucco / Diamond)
The pattern is applied to coils that have been cleaned on the washing–tension leveling–embossing line and given an ideal flatness profile by passing through polymer tension rollers. Depending on customer requirements, a classic stucco or diamond pattern can be applied. The patterned surface diffuses light to reduce glare, hides scratches and fingerprints, and provides an anti-slip surface and a decorative appearance. Produced in a thickness range of 0.20–1.00 mm.
Production Technology and Temper
Cold rolling and annealing processes are planned together to deliver the mechanical properties suited to the product's end application. Annealing is carried out in our 50-ton capacity furnace, enabling production across a wide range from soft to hard tempers.
Standard temper options: H00, H12, H22, H14, H24, H16, H26, H18, H19, H28

Packaging and Shipment
Coils are shipped on wooden pallets, stretch- and kraft-wrapped and secured with steel strapping. The coil orientation is determined according to customer requirements and the uncoiling line to be used:
- Eye-to-wall — coil axis horizontal; suitable for standard decoiler lines.
- Eye-to-sky — coil axis vertical; preferred for storage space efficiency and certain feeding lines.
The packaging is designed to prevent edge deformation and moisture-induced oxidation during transport.
Quality and Certification
Our production is carried out under the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, whose scope directly covers the production of cold rolled coil, sheet and strip from aluminum and aluminum alloys. In addition, our cold rolled products made from EN AW 1050 and EN AW 3105 alloys hold the TSE Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards under TS EN 485-1.
Mechanical, chemical and metallographic tests are performed in our in-house laboratory; products are shipped with an analysis report upon request.
