Sheet: Plain and Embossed
Our aluminum sheets are produced to customer dimensions on the cut-to-length line from cold rolled coils manufactured in our own facility. They are offered in a wide range of sizes with a plain or patterned (embossed) surface.
Product Description
Sheet is a flat-rolled product obtained by cutting cold rolled coil to the required length on the cut-to-length line. The width of the sheet is determined by the width of the coil being cut and its length by the order size; this allows us to produce project-specific custom sizes in addition to standard stock sizes.
Our integrated production structure, in which we carry out the entire process chain from cast coil to sheet in-house, ensures dimensional flexibility, continuity of supply and traceable quality.
Surface Options
Plain
Natural mill-finish surface. It is the standard form for coating, painting, printing, welding and precision forming applications. Produced in a thickness range of 0.20–3.00 mm.
Embossed (Stucco / Diamond)
Depending on customer requirements, a classic stucco or diamond pattern is applied. The patterned surface reduces glare, hides scratches and fingerprints, and provides an anti-slip surface and a decorative appearance. Diamond-patterned sheets are especially preferred for platforms, steps and vehicle body applications. Produced in a thickness range of 0.30–1.00 mm.

Packaging and Shipment
Sheets are stacked horizontally on wooden pallets with protective paper placed between them. Packages are stretch-wrapped and secured with steel strapping; the top surface is protected with a wooden cover. A protective PE film is applied to the sheet surface upon request.
Quality and Certification
Our cold rolled sheet and plate products made from EN AW 1050 and EN AW 3105 alloys hold the TSE Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards under TS EN 485-1. Our production is also carried out under the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate.
Mechanical, chemical and metallographic tests are performed in our in-house laboratory; products are shipped with an analysis report upon request.
